Hutton Cranswick group gain Gold award in 2017 RHS Britain in Bloom Awards
Hutton Cranswick, selected to represent Yorkshire in the Large Village category in the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Britain in Bloom UK Finals 2017, gained a Gold Award in October 2017.
The group joined 78 other Britain in Bloom finalists competing to be crowned one of the cleanest, greenest and most beautiful places in the UK.
Hutton Cranswick was chosen for the group’s commitment to environmental responsibility, high levels of community participation and outstanding gardening achievements.
In August the group lead RHS Britain in Bloom judges on a tour of their area in their successful bid to win a top award. The winners were announced at the Britain in Bloom awards ceremony in Llandudno, North Wales on 27th October 2017.
